As a Director, he leads project delivery, strategic partnerships, and multidisciplinary teams.

With well over a decade of specialised experience in renewable energy, Gert brings deep knowledge of project development, business strategy, and technology integration, on a foundation that also spans IT telecommunications and electronic systems. His entrepreneurial mindset drives Imvelo IPP's power generation projects from concept to successful execution.

Larissa is an operations and project professional with over 10 years in renewable energy, specialising in C&I solar and battery storage. Her expertise spans the full EPC lifecycle — project delivery, commercial structuring, and operational efficiency — overseeing procurement, subcontractor coordination, cost management, and quality control end to end.

Francois is a specialist with over 15 years in renewable energy, focused on system design, engineering, and project delivery. He leads the full technical function — from concept design and detailed engineering through to project management and implementation — with a strong focus on precision design, performance optimisation, and lifecycle reliability.

Julian is a construction and civil works specialist with extensive experience delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects. His background spans turnkey construction, structural works, and project management, with a focus on quality execution, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Daniel joins the group through Imvelo Capital, bringing renewable energy funding and investment backing to the project pipeline. He brings years of cross-sector project and business development experience — spanning international operations, commissioning and maintenance in the energy sector, hospitality and tourism, and property development — including country-level management responsibility for technical, commercial, legal, and HR functions on large multi-client operations. He now channels that experience into helping the group identify, structure, and fund new opportunities as it scales.

Stephan is a qualified lawyer holding an LL.M. and M.A., splitting his time between Berlin and Cape Town and bringing a rigorous legal mind to the group's cross-border operations. Solar irradiance curves and inverter specs are not his department — and he'd be the first to admit it — but what he brings instead is sharp legal judgement, contractual precision, and a calming presence that keeps the team grounded through the technical noise.
